Principal

St. Augustine Catholic School in Rensselaer, Indiana is seeking a leader to serve as Principal beginning Aug.1st, 2026.  St. Augustine serves students in pre-school through 5th grade.  Areas of responsibility include the oversight of daily operations and educational programs of the school.  This includes but not limited to maintaining state compliance, evaluation of teachers, and the overall well-being of students and staff.  

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a practicing Roman Catholic committed to the educational mission of the Church
• Candidate should hold master's degree in educational administration, or other equivalent course work, as well as a current Indiana principal license or evidence of working towards licensure
• Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
• Evidence of spiritual, educational, and professional leadership

Salary commensurate with education and experience.
