The Catholic Foundation for Northwest Indiana is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven leader to serve as Executive Director - guiding strategic growth and inspiring philanthropy that sustains Catholic ministries, parishes, and schools for generations to come.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role oversees fundraising, planned giving, financial stewardship, and community engagement. You’ll be at the forefront of building meaningful donor relationships and expanding the Foundation’s impact across the Diocese of Gary. A unique opportunity to lead a mission-driven organization at the intersection of faith and philanthropy.
What You’ll Do
· Drive fundraising strategy, including major gifts and endowments
· Build and steward strong donor and community relationships
· Lead marketing, communications, and digital outreach
· Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and audits
· Partner with the Board on strategy and governance
What You Bring
· 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising/development experience
· Proven success in securing major gifts
· Strong financial and leadership skills
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
· Commitment to Catholic teachings (practicing Catholic required)
