- Do I have to pay to participate in the prayer challenges or engage with my parish community on the app?

No, you can access many of the app's features without entering a credit card or paying for premium content.
In order to participate in prayer challenges, share intentions and let your neighbors know you're praying for them, make sure to join your local parish community by clicking the "Community" tab on the menu at the bottom of the app. Then, enter your zip code and select your parish. There is no cost to participate in parish communities or prayer challenges.
- How do I connect with other users from my parish?

If you have not downloaded the Hallow App, you can start by visiting hallow.com/parish
If you already have the Hallow App, connect with your parish using these steps:
- Open the Hallow App.
- On the bottom right, tap Community.
- Enter your parish's zip code.
- When you see your parish's name, tap Join Parish.
- What is the advantage to connecting to my parish's community page on Hallow?

On the community page, you can participate in FREE parish community prayer challenges, post prayer intentions, pray for others’ prayer intentions, share reflections from prayer, and join a parish-wide chat. You can be active as much or as little as you'd like, and you also have full control over the notification settings.
- How do I change how many notifications I get from the Hallow App?

From the main page of the Hallow App, click the Me tab in the bottom right. Then select the cog wheel icon at the top of the page to go to settings. Tap General and then Notification Settings to select what kinds of notifications you would like to receive (or choose to receive no notifications).

Hallow is available through the website and mobile app. Download the app on your device for the full experience. You can download it from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Amazon.
