JOB DESCRIPTION: The aide is responsible for aiding the teacher in creating an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and psychological growth. This person is responsible for assisting in organizing and implementing an instructional program that will result in students achieving academic success. We are looking for an aide who has a genuine LOVE for children and learning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provide a positive environment in which students are encourage to be actively engaged in the learning process. Implements instructional activities assigned by the teacher that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experience. With the teacher the aide helps establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, parents, colleagues and parish.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: A High School Diploma or higher education is required. Candidates must promote nd nourish a love of learning and an excitement for children. Differentiated instruction, technology, and various tolls will be implemented.
